decorating, dancing, and exercising. Ms. Jessie loves her job and spending

time with friends and family.

before that. She is mom to three girls-a teenager and set of twins.

Ms. Reyna has been an Occupational Therapy

Assistant since 2013 and loves working with both

geriatric and pediatric clients. She holds a Bachelor of

Science in Industrial Education and Supplemental

Elementary Education and a Master of Science in

Psychology. She is currently studying for her PhD in

Psychology with a focus on children diagnosed with

autism spectrum disorder.

Hi, I'm Ms. Xantippi, or Ms. Xan ... whichever is easier for you (it's an old Greek name). I am a mother of 5 amazing kids and love working with children. 


I've lived all over the world, but the Space Coast is my home. I love spending time  playing with our St. Bernard, Lucy, and adventuring with my husband now that none of our grown kiddos live at home anymore.

In her free time, Cookie enjoys traveling with her husband, bird watching, and spending time with her four grandchildren.

She discovered her love for working with children as a dance teacher/competitive dance team coach. She enjoys boat rides, going to the beach, and being around friends.

I have a teenage son and I am a military wife. We have enjoyed living all over the country and sightseeing. During my free time I enjoy walking nature trails, painting, and going to the beach.

Position Overview:

As a COTA with Child and Family Consultants, you’ll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide compassionate care and therapy to pediatric patients. You’ll play a vital role in helping children achieve their developmental goals, working collaboratively with families to empower them with the skills they need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct patient care and therapy to pediatric patients.
- Assess the functional needs of each child in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR).
- Instruct and support parents, caregivers, and family members on strategies to help children reach their therapeutic goals.
- Provide guidance and education on managing daily activities safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress through daily notes.

Qualifications:

- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Ability to adapt and be creative in a lively pediatric environment.
